In compliance with a directive by the State of Alabama Governor's Office, the University provides a searchable database of unaudited payments by category, payee and agency. The searchable database allows searching and drill down capability. You can view the results online, or download the data as a report or Excel spreadsheet. The searchable database is updated after the end of each month. Posted information will not include information that is confidential, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) related information, or any other information that is subject to prohibitions by state and/or federal law/regulation(s).
Please note that our database is sorted by payment fiscal year which shows payments made from October 1 to September 30.
